My Weekly Update: 12th June 2023

Dear Readers,

I hope you all are doing well and enjoying the bright and sunny days 🙂

Here is an overview of all the articles I wrote last week.

1. In my GERMAN SUPERMARKETS article, I reviewed some ready-made flour mixes. These include Vollkorn Bauern Brot Backmishung from Demeter, Hammermühle glutenfrei Mehl Mix hell, Pizzateig Glutenfrei from Bauckhof and Dinkelvollkornbrot from Küchenmeister. I have tried recipes given on the packaging and also experimented with my own recipes using the flour mixes. Check out the detailed article.
   
2. In MY KITCHEN, you will find some tried and tested recipes from my kitchen- Malai Kofta, Khao Suey, Banana, Walnut and Flaxseed Cake, Aalu Methi Sabzi using fresh fenugreek from my terrace garden, Wheat Dosa-an instant dosa recipe, ragi Idli, Ragi Dosa and a tangy Onion and Peanut Chutney.
   
3. I also finished reading a crime thriller last week. The name of the book is ‘Keep It in the Family’. I absolutely loved it and would recommend it to all mystery and crime story lovers. I posted a review and brief storyline(without the spoilers) on my BOOKS and STORYLINE Page.
   
4. For all gardening lovers, I have posted an article about Growing Fenugreek Leaves in my Balcony Garden in Germany- My Experience in 2023 on GERMANY_MY LEARNINGS Page. Those planning to do some gardening this summer may find it useful.
