Recipe for Pasta with readymade Pesto Rosso

This is a quick and easy recipe for pasta made with readymade pesto rosso.

- 500 gm Pasta of your choice
- 190 gm Readymade Pesto Rosso
- 400 gm Mushroom, washed and cut into quarters
- 1 Big Capsicum, washed and sliced
- ½ Onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- Salt, to taste
- ⅓ tsp Crushed Black Pepper
- Any Herb, for garnishing
Boil the pasta as per the instructions on the pack.
Heat oil in a pan. Add onions and capsicum. Fry them on medium heat till the capsicum slices turn slightly tender.
Add mushrooms and fry on high heat. Add salt.
Add pesto Rosso. Mix everything.
Add the boiled pasta. Mix everything.
Sprinkle crushed black pepper and garnish with any herb of your choice and serve.
