Recipe for Pasta with readymade Pesto Rosso

This is a quick and easy recipe for pasta made with readymade pesto rosso.

Ingredients
  

  • 500 gm Pasta of your choice
  • 190 gm Readymade Pesto Rosso
  • 400 gm Mushroom, washed and cut into quarters
  • 1 Big Capsicum, washed and sliced
  • ½ Onion, sliced
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • tsp Crushed Black Pepper
  • Any Herb, for garnishing

Instructions
 

  • Boil the pasta as per the instructions on the pack.
  • Heat oil in a pan. Add onions and capsicum. Fry them on medium heat till the capsicum slices turn slightly tender.
  • Add mushrooms and fry on high heat. Add salt.
  • Add pesto Rosso. Mix everything.
  • Add the boiled pasta. Mix everything.
  • Sprinkle crushed black pepper and garnish with any herb of your choice and serve.
