Banana Bread

Mildly sweet, delicious moist bread made using bananas, sunflower sweets and sweeteners such as date syrup and honey. A perfect accompaniment to your evening tea/coffee.

- 3 Ripe Bananas
- 5 tbsp Honey
- 5 tbsp Date Syrup
- 1 Medium-Sized Egg
- ½ Cup Milk
- 1 Cup Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- ⅓ tsp Cinnamon Powder
- 1 Cup Toasted Sunflower Seeds
- ½ Cup Any Neutral Oil
- 1 Pinch Salt
Turn on the oven and preheat it for about 10 minutes at 180 deg C.
Using a fork, mash the bananas.
Add honey and date syrup and mix well.
Add egg and whisk it together.
Add milk and mix.
Combine salt and flour and pass them through a sieve into the prepared mixture.
Add baking soda and mix everything with a spatula.
Add cinnamon powder and sunflower seeds. Mix well.
Add oil and mix one last time.
Transfer this batter to a greased baking mould.
Sprinkle some sunflower seeds on top.
Bake at 180 deg C for about 60 minutes.
