Mildly sweet, delicious moist bread made using bananas, sunflower sweets and sweeteners such as date syrup and honey. A perfect accompaniment to your evening tea/coffee.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Ripe Bananas
  • 5 tbsp Honey
  • 5 tbsp Date Syrup
  • 1 Medium-Sized Egg
  • ½ Cup Milk
  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • tsp Cinnamon Powder
  • 1 Cup Toasted Sunflower Seeds
  • ½ Cup Any Neutral Oil
  • 1 Pinch Salt

Instructions
 

  • Turn on the oven and preheat it for about 10 minutes at 180 deg C.
  • Using a fork, mash the bananas.
  • Add honey and date syrup and mix well.
  • Add egg and whisk it together.
  • Add milk and mix.
  • Combine salt and flour and pass them through a sieve into the prepared mixture.
  • Add baking soda and mix everything with a spatula.
  • Add cinnamon powder and sunflower seeds. Mix well.
  • Add oil and mix one last time.
  • Transfer this batter to a greased baking mould.
  • Sprinkle some sunflower seeds on top.
  • Bake at 180 deg C for about 60 minutes.
