Dinner Rolls with Sour Cream and Sunflower Seeds

Soft dinner rolls made from refined wheat flour and sour cream, topped with sunflower seeds.

Ingredients
  

  • 500 gm Refined Flour (Type 405)
  • 7 gm Instant Dry yeast
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 100 gm Sour Cream
  • 200 ml Lukewarm Water
  • 50 gm Sunflower seeds

Instructions
 

  • Combine flour, salt, sugar and yeast. Mix well.
  • Add sour cream and water.
  • Stretch and knead for 6-8 minutes.
  • Then, divide the dough into 12 equal parts.
  • Round the dough and place the dough balls on a baking sheet.
  • Brush the surface with water and cover the top surface with sunflower seeds.
  • Cover and rest the dough balls in a warm place till they double in size.
  • Bake them in a preheated oven ( the oven should be preheated at 180 degrees C for 10 minutes), at 180 degrees C for 25-30 minutes.
  • Remove and let them cool on the kitchen counter.
  • Once cooled, the dinner rolls are ready to be served.
