Dinner Rolls with Sour Cream and Sunflower Seeds

Soft dinner rolls made from refined wheat flour and sour cream, topped with sunflower seeds.

- 500 gm Refined Flour (Type 405)
- 7 gm Instant Dry yeast
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 100 gm Sour Cream
- 200 ml Lukewarm Water
- 50 gm Sunflower seeds
Combine flour, salt, sugar and yeast. Mix well.
Add sour cream and water.
Stretch and knead for 6-8 minutes.
Then, divide the dough into 12 equal parts.
Round the dough and place the dough balls on a baking sheet.
Brush the surface with water and cover the top surface with sunflower seeds.
Cover and rest the dough balls in a warm place till they double in size.
Bake them in a preheated oven ( the oven should be preheated at 180 degrees C for 10 minutes), at 180 degrees C for 25-30 minutes.
Remove and let them cool on the kitchen counter.
Once cooled, the dinner rolls are ready to be served.
