Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Ghee
  • 1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 Cup Refined Sugar
  • 2 Cups Water

Instructions
 

  • On medium heat, melt ghee.
  • Add whole wheat flour. Cook it in ghee on low to medium heat, constantly mixing and stirring to ensure the flour gets well-roasted but not burnt. This would take roughly 15 minutes.
  • On medium heat, add water and mix. The mixture will thicken.
  • Then, add sugar and mix well. Cook it on medium heat for a minute or so till the sugar melts and combines well.
  • Serve hot.
