- 1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 Cup Refined Sugar
- 2 Cups Water
On medium heat, melt ghee.
Add whole wheat flour. Cook it in ghee on low to medium heat, constantly mixing and stirring to ensure the flour gets well-roasted but not burnt. This would take roughly 15 minutes.
On medium heat, add water and mix. The mixture will thicken.
Then, add sugar and mix well. Cook it on medium heat for a minute or so till the sugar melts and combines well.
Serve hot.
