Heat oil in a pan. Add Eggs.
Scramble them. When they are cooked, keep them aside.
In a bid Kadhai/Wok, heat oil.
On high heat, fry garlic and green chillies.
When they brown a bit, add regular onions and spring onion greens.
Fry them till they soften and turn translucent.
Now add the veggies.
Add soy sauce, salt, green chilli sauce, vinegar, black pepper sauce, oyster sauce and MSG.
Add rice.
Toss it and combine the rice with the veggies and the sauces.
Now add the cooked eggs. Give a quick mix.
Garnish with finely chopped spring onion greens and serve.
