Recipe for Potato and Romano Beans Sabzi

- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 Medium-Sized Onion; chopped
- 5 Medium-Sized Potatoes; washed, peeled and cut into cubes
- 7-8 Romano Beans; washed and cut into thin pieces
- Salt; to taste
- ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
- ½ tsp Garam Masala
Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds. Fry them on medium heat for a few seconds.
Add onions. Fry them till they turn translucent.
Add potatoes and romano beans. Mix well.
Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala powder.
Cover with a lid. Reduce the heat and cook.
Mix it from time to time.
Remove, when fully done.
