  • Knifes
  • Chopping Board
  • Peeler
  • Pan

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 Medium-Sized Onion; chopped
  • 5 Medium-Sized Potatoes; washed, peeled and cut into cubes
  • 7-8 Romano Beans; washed and cut into thin pieces
  • Salt; to taste
  • ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
  • ½ tsp Garam Masala

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds. Fry them on medium heat for a few seconds.
  • Add onions. Fry them till they turn translucent.
  • Add potatoes and romano beans. Mix well.
  • Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala powder.
  • Cover with a lid. Reduce the heat and cook.
  • Mix it from time to time.
  • Remove, when fully done.
