In a mixing bowl, add chopped onions, tomatoes and fresh coriander leaves. Mix.
Add salt, bread crumbs, red chilli flakes and milk powder. Mix.
Spread this mixture on a slice of bread. Press it with your hand so that the mixture doesn't stay loose.
Heat and pan and put some butter. Keep the heat between low and medium for the rest of the steps.
When the butter lets, spread it with a spatula.
Now, carefully put the bread, stuffing side down on the pan. If some of the stuffing comes out, push it in using a spatula. Let it cook for a minute or two.
Put some butter on the bread.
When the stuffing mixture 'sets' a bit, flip the bread and fry till the plain side develops a crust.
Flip once more to ensure that the stuffing is fully cooked.
Remove and serve with ketchup.
