Sour Cream Dip

Creamy Dip made with sour cream and Greek yoghurt. Easy to make and tastes perfect with Nachos, as a spread on sandwiches, etc
- 200 gm Sour Cream
- 2 tbsp Greek Yoghurt
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- ½ tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp White Pepper Powder
- 2-3 Tbsp Finely Chopped Pickled Gerkins
- Finely Chopped Coriander leaves and Paprika Powder for garnishing
Whisk together sour cream and Greek yoghurt.
Add salt, lemon juice and white pepper powder. Mix.
Add chopped pickled gherkins. Mix. Garnish with finely chopped fresh coriander leaves and paprika powder, and serve.
