Heat oil in a pan. Add green chillies and ginger and fry them on medium heat.
Then, add peas, followed by capsicum and fry them till they are cooked.
Add the mashed potatoes.
Add salt, cumin powder, dry mango powder and Kashmiri red chilli powder and mix well.
Turn off the heat. Let this mixture cool completely.
Cut the pastry sheet into equal-sized rectangles with the help of a knife.
Put portions of the potato mix on each cut-out portion of the pastry sheet. Fold it and seal it from all sides by pressing the dough together.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C for 10 minutes. Line a baking tray with a baking sheet. Place the puffs on the pastry sheet and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or as per the instructions on the packing.
Take them out and let them cool for about 10 minutes on a wire rack before serving.
