- 500 gm Raw Pasta
- 2 Medium-Sized Carrots; cut into cubes
- 1 Medium-Sized Capsicum; cut into cubes
- 1 Medium-Sized Cucumber; cut into cubes
- 8-10 Cherry Tomatoes; Cut into halves
- 1 Cup Sweet Corn
- 8-10 Green or Black Olives; cut into halves
- 2 tbsp Finely Chopped pickled Jalapenos
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Orange Juice
- 1 tsp Salt
- ⅔ tsp Crushed/Powdered Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 250 gm Mozarella; cut into cubes
- 1 tbsp Fresh/Dry Chives
- ⅔ tsp Paprika Powder
- 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Finely Chopped Fresh Coriander Leaves
- 8-10 Fresh Basil Leaves
Cook the pasta as per the instructions on the pack. Let it cool down a bit.
Once cooled, combine it with all the other listed ingredients.
Serve it cold or at room temperature.
