Ingredients for Capsicum Relish

  • 2 Medium-Sized Capsicums
  • tsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Black Pepper Powder

Other Ingredients

  • 2 Baguettes
  • Fresh Cream
  • Thinly sliced Cucumber
  • Scrambled Eggs
  • Olives

Instructions
 

Method to make Capsicum Relish

  • Heat butter in a pan.
  • Add thinly sliced capsicums. Add salt and pepper and cook them till they turn soft.
  • Turn off the heat, Add honey and mustard. Mix well.

Rest of the steps

  • Apply butter on the baguette and bake it in a preheated oven at 200 deg for 5 minutes.
  • On the baked bread, spread fresh cream.
  • Place slices of cucumber, followed by capsicum relish.
  • Top it with scrambled eggs and olives.
  • Sprinkle some fresh herbs for garnishing.
