Ingredients for Capsicum Relish
- 2 Medium-Sized Capsicums
- 1½ tsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 tbsp Butter
- ⅓ tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp Black Pepper Powder
Other Ingredients
- 2 Baguettes
- Fresh Cream
- Thinly sliced Cucumber
- Scrambled Eggs
- Olives
Method to make Capsicum Relish
Heat butter in a pan.
Add thinly sliced capsicums. Add salt and pepper and cook them till they turn soft.
Turn off the heat, Add honey and mustard. Mix well.
Rest of the steps
Apply butter on the baguette and bake it in a preheated oven at 200 deg for 5 minutes.
On the baked bread, spread fresh cream.
Place slices of cucumber, followed by capsicum relish.
Top it with scrambled eggs and olives.
Sprinkle some fresh herbs for garnishing.
