- 2 Ripe Avocadoes; peeled, pitted and chopped
- 8 Hard Boiled Eggs; peeled and chopped
- 1 Medium-Sized Onion; chopped
- 1 Medium-Sized Tomato; chopped
- 2-3 Green Chillies; finely chopped
- 2-3 tbsp Finely Chopped Fresh Coriander Leaves
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Salt
- ⅓ tsp Black Pepper Powder
- ½ tsp Red Chilli Flakes
- 1-2 tbsp Cream Cheese
Additionally
- 10-12 Slices of Bread
- Butter; to apply on the bread while toasting
In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients.
Apply butter on the bread and toast it.
Spread the avocado-egg-other ingredients mix on the toasted bread and serve.
