  • Mixing Bowl and Spatula
  • Saucepan for boiling eggs
  • Pan for toasting bread
  • Knives and Cutting Board

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Ripe Avocadoes; peeled, pitted and chopped
  • 8 Hard Boiled Eggs; peeled and chopped
  • 1 Medium-Sized Onion; chopped
  • 1 Medium-Sized Tomato; chopped
  • 2-3 Green Chillies; finely chopped
  • 2-3 tbsp Finely Chopped Fresh Coriander Leaves
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • ½ tsp Red Chilli Flakes
  • 1-2 tbsp Cream Cheese

Additionally

  • 10-12 Slices of Bread
  • Butter; to apply on the bread while toasting

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients.
  • Apply butter on the bread and toast it.
  • Spread the avocado-egg-other ingredients mix on the toasted bread and serve.
