Recipe for Aalu Beans Sabzi

This is a quick and easy recipe in which potatoes and french beans are cooked together in simple Indian spices.

- 7-8 Medium-sized Potatoes, cut into small pieces
- 10-12 Beans
- 2 tbsp Groundnut Oil
- Salt; to taste
- 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
- ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
- Fresh Coriander Leaves; for garnishing
Heat oil in a pan. Add potatoes. Cover and fry them on medium heat.
Add beans. Cover and fry on medium heat till both vegetables are fully cooked.
Add salt, turmeric powder and coriander powder.
Increase the heat. Fry till the potatoes turn crispy.
Remove from heat. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve.
