Recipe for Veg&Quark Sandwich

This is a quick and easy sandwich recipe in which vegetables are quark combined with Indian spices, and stuffed between slices of bread.

- Bread Slices
- 100 gm Spinach; washed and finely chopped
- 2 Medium-sized carrots; grated
- 6 Medium-sized Potatoes; boiled and peeled
- 250 gm Russian Quark
- Salt; to taste
- 1½ tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1 tsp Dry Mango Powder
- ½ tsp Garam Masala Powder
- ¾ tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 2 Cardamoms, Crushed
- Butter; to apply on the sandwiches
Combine spinach, carrots, potatoes and quark in a mixing bowl.
Add salt, Kashmiri red chilli powder, dry mango powder, garam masala, cumin powder, black pepper powder and cardamom powder.
Mix everything well.
Apply butter on 2 slices of bread. Put a generous amount of the mixture between the slices such that the buttered side is outside.
Toast it in a sandwich maker.
Serve hot.
