Ingredients for Cutlets
- ½ Cup Finely Chopped Carrot
- ½ Cup Finely Chopped Cabbage
- ½ Cup Finely Chopped Onion
- ½ Cup Finely Chopped Broccoli
- ½ Cup Puffed Amaranth
- 500 gm Fresh Salmon; Minced
- 1-1½ tsp Salt; or as per taste
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- ½ tsp Cumin Powder
- Oil for frying
Additionally
- Lemon; to squeeze on the cutlets at the time of serving
- Your favourite salad veggies
- Steamed Broccoli
In a mixing bowl, combine onion, carrot, cabbage, puffed amaranth, broccoli, minced salmon, salt, red chilli powder and cumin powder.
Mix well.
Shape them into small cutlets.
Fry them on a grill pan with oil.
Serve with your favourite salad veggies and steamed broccolli. Squeeze lemon juice on the cutlets at the time of serving.
