Ingredients
  

Ingredients for Cutlets

  • ½ Cup Finely Chopped Carrot
  • ½ Cup Finely Chopped Cabbage
  • ½ Cup Finely Chopped Onion
  • ½ Cup Finely Chopped Broccoli
  • ½ Cup Puffed Amaranth
  • 500 gm Fresh Salmon; Minced
  • 1-1½ tsp Salt; or as per taste
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • ½ tsp Cumin Powder
  • Oil for frying

Additionally

  • Lemon; to squeeze on the cutlets at the time of serving
  • Your favourite salad veggies
  • Steamed Broccoli

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine onion, carrot, cabbage, puffed amaranth, broccoli, minced salmon, salt, red chilli powder and cumin powder.
  • Mix well.
  • Shape them into small cutlets.
  • Fry them on a grill pan with oil.
  • Serve with your favourite salad veggies and steamed broccolli. Squeeze lemon juice on the cutlets at the time of serving.
