Guacamole Recipe
Guacamole is an avocado-based dip, spread, or salad first developed in Mexico. In this recipe, ripe avocados are roughly mashed and combined with finely chopped onions, tomatoes, chillies, and fresh parsley. A dash of salt and a hint of lime juice completes the dish.

It is an easy recipe that requires no cooking. I usually make guacamole and use it as a spread for my sandwiches.

To make a protein-rich meal, add hard-boiled eggs to the guacamole and mix. Top it on toasted bread.

You can also serve it with crackers, nachos, or other snacks. Check out my recipe for Finger Millet Crackers and Cheesy Nachos.
