    Where is the recipe for the image right above the line “Evening Snack Recipes”? The picture is by Yansi Keim and is of small, fried fritters.

      That is aalu bhajji. I’ll post the recipe soon. Meanwhile you can check out the recipe for Mirchi Bhajji. You can use the same batter recipe and replace chillies with sliced potatoes.
