Cheesy Nachos
It is football season, and it’s time to meet up with friends and organize watch parties. Party snacks are an important part of any party, and recently, when I hosted one at my place, I wanted to serve something that was easy to make and went with the theme. So, I served Cheesy Nachos with sour cream dip. They were an instant success. The best part was that they were easy to make, and I hardly spent time in the kitchen!

Some Notes about the Recipe and Ingredient Sourcing in Germany:
- Tortilla chips come in various flavours. The Nacho Cheese flavour works best for this recipe.

- Onions, Tomatoes, and Paprika are all easily available in supermarkets. You can also add corn, fresh or canned. Corn is called Mais in German.

- Chicken Breast is easily available in supermarkets in Germany. It is called Hähnchenbrustfilet in German. Wash and pat dry the fillets. Then, cut them into thin pieces and steam them.

- For the vegetarian version, skip the chicken.
- Canned Olives and Canned Jalapenos are easily available in supermarkets.

- Canned Kidney beans are easily available in supermarkets. They are called Kidneybohnen in German. Drain out all the water and let the beans rest on the strainer for a few minutes. Then, add them to the veggies.

- Cheddar cheese works best for this recipe. However, you can replace it with any cheese of your choice. Shredded cheese is easily available in supermarkets.

- Paprika Powder is called gemahlene Paprika. It is available in the spice section in supermarkets.
