Avocado and Fruit Salsa
Avocado & Fruit Salsa is one of my favourite things to make using avocados. This quick and easy recipe combines ripe avocados with fruits such as Mango, Kiwi, Persimmon, Orange, etc. Add any of these fruits to make a delicious, tangy salsa.

In addition, this recipe requires red onions, tomatoes (cherry tomatoes are preferable), capsicum, fresh herbs like coriander, parsley, etc. and a dash of lime. Add salt and, optionally, black pepper powder, and you have a delicious, healthy salsa ready.

You can pair this salsa with Nachos and crackers or even serve for breakfast with toasted bread. Add eggs, and you have a delicious, balanced breakfast. Recently, when I made this salsa, I paired it with boiled eggs and homemade Oats & Skyr Bread.

Avocados are a great source of good fat and must be included in daily meals. The inclusion of fresh-cut vegetables like onion, capsicum, and tomatoes offers the much-needed fibre.
So, here goes the easy peasy recipe for Avocado and Fruit Salsa.
Equipment Needed:
Ingredients for Avocado and Fruit Salsa
- 3 Ripe Avocados, peeled, deseeded and cut into small pieces
- 1 Cup Fruit of your choice (Kiwi, Mango, Papaya, Persimmon), cut into small pieces
- 1 Medium-Sized Onion, finely chopped
- 1 Medium-Sized Tomato, finely chopped
- 1 Medium-Sized Capsicum, finely chopped
- 2-3 tbsp Finely Chopped Coriander/Parsley
- 2-3 Green Chillies, Finely Chopped
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- Salt to taste
Method to make Avocado and Fruit Salsa:
Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
